While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. CLSE TA Wins OSU Department of Physiology and Cell Biology Teaching Award

Suman Govindaraju with Margaret T. Nishikawara Graduate Studies Academic Pillar Award

On March 29th Suman Govindaraju was awarded the Margaret T. Nishikawara Graduate Studies Academic Pillar Award for Contributions to Teaching.  He is the first person in his department to win the award two times, and in back to back years (2012 and 2013)!  Suman has served as a CLSE TA for 8 terms and has been a model for many novice TAs. We are thrilled that the Department of Physiology and Cell Biology has recognized his contributions to teaching.
