A wellness space is provided in the SouthEast Wing of Jennings Hall (near JE 0140).
This wellness room is for all Ohio State students, faculty, and staff, to provide space for individuals away from open work and study environments and for patrons to engage in quiet contemplations, to de-stress, reflect, or participate in wellness activities, including but not limited to, meditation, yoga, prayer, stretching exercises, relaxations breaks, breathing exercises, and/or mindfulness activities.

If you have any safety concerns while utilizing this space, please contact Ohio State Public Safety by dialing 911 or the non-emergency number is 614-292-2121. If you have any questions concerning room usage please contact the Center for Life Sciences Education staff on the 2nd floor. If you are looking for a communal space to eat lunch, please use the window seats or visit the space near the main front entrance.
Room Rules:
- Be courteous of others using the room. Mutual respect for others is expected at all times.
- Keep noise to a minimum. Silence cell phones upon entering. Use headphones or earbuds to listen to music. No loud music permitted.
- No fire or open flame is permitted (including, but not limited to, lit candles or incense).
- All personal belongings are to be removed when leaving the room.
- Furniture must remain in the room. No items are to be moved from or added to the room.
- The room is not to be used as a lounge or study room.
- Food and beverages (other than water) are prohibited.
