Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. Scholarships

The following undergraduate scholarship opportunities are open to Arts and Sciences students who are currently enrolled at The Ohio State University Columbus campus.  Click on the relevant link below for information on available funding and eligibility.

Merit and Need-Based Scholarships

  • Merit awards are competitive awards that take into consideration cumulative GPA in addition to criteria specified by the individual scholarship.   Need-based scholarships take into consideration financial need as determined by the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) in addition to criteria specified by the individual scholarship.

Study Abroad and Travel Funds

  • Scholarships for undergraduate arts and sciences majors who are traveling for research, scholarly/creative activity, etc. in the U.S. or abroad.

Research/Creative Activity Grants

  • Funding to support undergraduate student research.
